A: It is not required to book a play reservation! We do, however, have a limit on capacity, and if we are full when you arrive, we will have to place you on a waitlist to enter. To avoid the chance of this happening, we do recommend booking ahead as it “saves your spot” and guarantees your entry. We also use our reservations to plan for staff and may cancel a session if no one is signed up two hours before or 24 hours before our 8am session.

Adults who do not have a child at the playground may enter to purchase food and beverages, and receive their order to go without entering the play area. We do not allow adults into the play area unless they are in attendance with a child or a child’s caregiver.

Our play area was designed to keep ages 0-7 entertained. We feel like ages 6 months to about 7 years old will have the most fun, dependent on your child’s activity level and interests. Children of all ages are welcome to play in all open play areas. The gated soft play area, however, is specifically for children who are not yet walking confidently.

Our food options are currently limited to snacks and beverages. All food and beverage will have labeling indicating nutritional information.

All children are required to have adult supervision present in the playground. Occasionally, we will host parties and events that will allow children to stay and play without parents. Events that allow this will clearly state that it is a “drop off” event. Summer Camps are drop off events!

We may limit entry to 4 children per adult to ensure a safe and well-supervised environment. This does not apply to large families within the same household. Planning a bigger group? Ask us about private play sessions!

Adults are welcome to enjoy café beverages in the play area. All children’s food and drinks should be enjoyed in the café space.

Yes—socks are required for both kids and adults in the play area to keep things clean and safe. If you forget, we have socks available for purchase.

They can when no crawlers are present. We just ask that toys stay in that space and play stays calm and gentle. If it gets too rowdy, we’ll guide bigger kids to another area.

Yes! Children ages 8+ are welcome as “helpers” and can play gently with younger siblings. If play becomes too energetic, we may ask older kids to relax in the café area.
