Do I need to make a reservation to visit and what are the benefits of booking in advance?

Reservations are strongly recommended because each timed session has limited capacity. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but booking ahead guarantees your child’s spot. Sessions with no reservations may be canceled two hours before their scheduled start, so please check our live calendar before visiting.

How long is each play session?

Standard play sessions are 90 minutes. Please arrive as close to your scheduled start time as possible. Arriving late does not extend the session’s ending time.

Are classes included with open play?

Yes! Any regularly scheduled class or activity taking place during your session is included with admission and membership—there is no separate class charge. Ticketed special events are priced separately and will be clearly marked on the booking calendar.

Yes. Membership includes unlimited standard play sessions and regularly scheduled classes, but reservations are recommended to guarantee your spot.

What age groups do you cater to?

Our play space was thoughtfully designed for children ages 0–7. Children’s enjoyment may vary depending on their interests and activity level.

Can adults enter without children?

Adults may visit the café to purchase food or drinks to go, but adults may not enter the play area unless they are accompanying a child or the child’s caregiver.

Are there any food options for special diets?

Our food options are currently limited to snacks and beverages.  All food and beverage will have labeling indicating nutritional information.

Do you offer day care or drop-off care?

All children are required to have adult supervision present in the playground.  Occasionally, we will host parties and events that will allow children to stay and play without parents.  Events that allow this will clearly state that it is a “drop off” event.  Summer Camps are drop off events!

Can I bring food or drinks into the play area?

Food must remain in the designated café seating area. Drinks may enter the play area only when they have a secure lid. This helps us keep the play space clean and safe for everyone.

Do adults need socks too?

Yes. Socks are required for every child and adult entering the play area. Socks are available for purchase if you forget them.

Can big kids play in the baby beach area?

Our gated baby area is reserved for babies who are not yet walking confidently. Older children and confident walkers must remain in the main play space.

Can older siblings come too?

Yes! Children ages 8+ are welcome as “helpers” and can play gently with younger siblings. If play becomes too energetic, we may ask older kids to relax in the café area.
