Our Baby & Me Yoga class offers a gentle, welcoming space for caregivers and their pre-crawling babies to connect through mindful movement and breath.

This class is designed to:
• Support postpartum recovery
• Strengthen connection with your baby
• Build community with others in the same season of life

All caregivers are welcome—including parents, grandparents, and partners. Registration includes one adult per baby.

No prior yoga experience is needed.

This class is taught by an experienced perinatal yoga teacher, postpartum doula, lactation consultant, and mom.

Registration is required, and class size is intentionally kept small to create a calm, supportive environment.

Please bring a yoga mat (we're happy to provide one if needed!), a blanket for baby, anything needed to care for your baby (diapers, wipes, bottles, etc.)
